Coordinator of Learning and Development (Oshawa)

Drive employee training programs at Auxilium Health as a Learning and Development Coordinator. This full-time, hybrid role enhances continuous growth within the Patient Support Programs Department.

In this role, your focus will be on onboarding and training staff to ensure compliance and a high level of operational efficiency. You will collaborate with management to develop robust training sessions, maintain the Learning Management System, and support new hires through effective onboarding.

Key Responsibilities: • Plan and execute ongoing training sessions for employees • Monitor training compliance and certification records • Assist in the creation and updating of training materials • Maintain and optimize the Learning Management System • Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for current hires

Requirements: • Background in training and staff onboarding • Strong critical thinking and organizational abilities • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and LMS platforms • Ability to multi-task effectively • Certification in Learning and Development preferred
