Full-Time Patient Services Specialist (Courtice)

Enhance patient experiences as a Full-Time Patient Services Specialist at FYidoctors Courtice clinic, Monday to Friday. Deliver exceptional service, coordinate appointments, and support eye care operations every day. In this full-time role, you will greet and assist patients, manage check-in and check-out, and perform pre-testing to assist eye care. You're expected to engage with patients through various channels while ensuring smooth clinic operations and managing billing and eyewear needs.
