Position Details Long Term Occasional Assignment – Credit Recovery – 1 section Location John F Ross CVI Rate Of Pay $59,300.82 - $119,670.49 per annum; salary grid rate is based on QECO rating and teaching experience; annual salary is prorated based on FTE; grid rate effective September 1, 2025 Required Qualifications Intermediate/Senior Divisions Effective Date Immediately – unknown, not to exceed June 26, 2026 Period(s) 4 Additional Information Anchor credit is PPZ30 Responsibilities Reporting to the Principal of the assigned school, the Long-Term Occasional Teacher is responsible for providing continuous, high-quality education during the temporary absence of the regular teacher. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting student achievement and well-being in accordance with Ontario Ministry of Education standards and Board Policies. Qualifications Candidate must hold an Original Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) dated within 6 months of start date if external. Additional qualifications to be determined.
