Full-Time Patient Services Specialist (Courtice)

Enhance patient experiences as a Full-Time Patient Services Specialist at FYidoctors Courtice clinic, Monday to Friday. Deliver exceptional service, coordinate appointments, and support eye care operations every day.

In this full-time role, you will greet and assist patients, manage check-in and check-out, and perform pre-testing to assist eye care. Youre expected to engage with patients through various channels while ensuring smooth clinic operations and managing billing and eyewear needs.

Key Responsibilities: • Greet and assist patients upon arrival and departure • Perform pre-testing to aid comprehensive eye care • Coordinate appointments and manage billing effectively • Oversee eyewear pick-ups and perform minor repairs • Deliver exceptional customer service for positive experiences

Requirements: • Previous retail experience is an asset • Ability to multi-task in a rapid-paced environment • Proficiency in MS Office and technology • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Collaborative spirit with a proactive growth mindset
