Assist customers to feel safe and at ease through a welcoming, client-centered approach, focusing on client comforts. Update calendars of the company. Answer the telephone, providing information and assistance to callers. Ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member on time. Perform office duties, such as booking appointments, schedule meetings etc. Manage office inventory such as stationery, equipment, and furniture. Clean and organize office supply areas in accordance with established procedures. Perform general clerical duties such as scheduling, copying, faxing, mailing etc. Manage basic bookkeeping duties such as mail bills, receive payments, issue receipts.
