Breakfast Host/Hostess (Ottawa)

The Breakfast Host/Hostess is responsible for preparing complimentary breakfast for hotel guests. Breakfast hours for guests goes from 7 am to 10 am. Employees may be scheduled between 6 am – 2 pm. Job functions include: - Cooking and preparing food to be served in breakfast - Taking inventory of food, beverages and supplies needed for each day - Stocking coffee, juice, and milk machines or dispensers - Arranging serving dishes/trays, utensils, and cups - Setting out/arranging cold and hot food for self service - Picking up or clearing tables as they are vacated - Wiping up spills - Keeping lobby/breakfast area floor clean; sweep & mop as necessary - Removing trash - Re-stocking self-service food and supplies as needed - Returning reusable food supplies to storage - Responding to guest needs or requests - Meeting hotel standards for guest service and work habits - Other duties as assigned Job Type: Part time Pay: $21.00 per hour Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2o3wp2
