A minimum of three years’ experience in a related field, especially in health care, is required. Candidates must possess knowledge in bookkeeping and proficiency in computer applications to manage financial statements and reports effectively. Key Responsibilities: • Ensure confidentiality of personnel and resident information • Handle all Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable tasks • Organize resident move-in and move-out procedures • Provide secretarial support to the General Manager • Supervise and train the reception team Requirements: • Diploma in Business Administration or Accounting • At least three years of related experience • Solid bookkeeping and financial reporting skills • Familiar with MS Office and payroll processing software • Bilingual is a plus Support the mission of Riverpath by ensuring smooth office operations and engaging with residents positively.
