Our valued Public Sector client is seeking a Senior Communications Consultant to execute communication strategies and products (bulletins, emails, decks, intranet content) for different IM/IT project workstreams. Must Haves: Communications Consultant (5+ years) Develop and refine executive presentations, including Steer Co and leadership decks (5+ years) Executingcommunication strategiesfortechnology projects (3 + years) Federal Government experience (3+ years) Tasks Preformed but not limited too: Planning, researching, modifying, assisting, writing and/or reviewing memos, scripts, briefings, speeches, manuals and other non-journalistic articles with conformance to established standards Lead and/or assist in the development, review, maintenance and implementation of communication and change management strategies, including the creation of material such asintranet content, business procedures,communiqus, briefing notes, and presentation decks for ongoing business process renewal projects. Collaborating with team members to ensure communications activities/deliverables are completed as scheduled and that communications are clearly understood by listening to feedback from the organization; Developing and implementing strategic communication plans in geographically dispersed organizations going through an organizational transformation. Providing communications consultation advice to support strategic communications initiatives and strategies; Developing and implementing creative communication and information products using a variety of tools, techniques and media and selecting an appropriate medium to convey information, ideas, and results; Assist in the creation, execution, monitoring and update of monthly project status reports, project team meetings, stakeholder meetings, and working groups as required, In addition, guide and support communications activities in response to scheduled and unscheduled reports, returns and observations to update the department, and other stakeholders on project progress.
