Security Systems Administrator (Ottawa)

- Administer daily operations of enterprise security systems including VMS, CCTV cameras, access control, door hardware, DVRs, and storage infrastructure - Manage and secure access control, video analytics, Facial Recognition (FR), and License Plate Recognition (LPR) platforms - Leverage and support CCure (access control) and Milestone (VMS) platforms for system administration and optimization - Handle and protect sensitive security clearance and background check data for internal and external stakeholders - Monitor system health and troubleshoot operational issues to ensure uptime, compliance, and safety standards - Develop and enforce policies and procedures for access control and video management systems - Support programming, commissioning, and deployment of recent security system projects - Assist with implementation of government-regulated security requirements and compliance standards - Perform risk assessments, vulnerability analysis, and implement mitigation strategies across security systems - Research and recommend security technologies, tools, and infrastructure improvements - Oversee preventative maintenance and emergency repairs for servers, controllers, and access panels - Support vendor engagement, including quotes, RFP/RFQ processes, and contractor coordination - Manage security hardware/software inventory, licensing, and procurement support - Provide timely resolution to service requests and operational incidents - Conduct system audits, investigations, reporting, and log analysis to ensure integrity and performance Additional Requirement - Have a valid Class G driver’s license (or equivalent) , Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2ohxbh
