£33.30 Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Social Worker to join the Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) at Halton Borough Council. What will your responsibilities be?

You will work within the framework of legislation, agreed policies, and procedures to assist individuals and families in resolving their personal problems and adjusting to or changing their social environment to improve their quality of life. You will manage an allocated social work caseload, undertake assessments in accordance with legislation, policies, and procedures, and determine an appropriate level of intervention and service provision. You will negotiate, coordinate, and provide and/or commission services as appropriate, ensuring the needs and wishes of children are fully addressed in the assessment and planning process. You will share responsibility for planned intervention and service provision with partners, comply with administrative and financial procedures, and maintain appropriate and up-to-date records. You will liaise with your designated line manager, comply with service requirements regarding supervision, undertake continuous professional development, and attend formal training. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of social work students and undertake any other duties as assigned.Benefits of the role:

To be eligible for this role, you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a full UK licence, have post-qualified experience, and possess a degree level or equivalent qualification in Social Work. Why Liquid Personnel?
