Temporary Warehouse associate (40 - 50lb) REQUIRED GEAR - Steel toed boots - Jackets SKILLS AND TAGS - cool environment - 0 to minus 5 - cooled environment (4-10 c) - Good Communication - English communication - speak read and write - pallet jack - Repetitive tasks - Stamina and perseverance - Teamwork DESCRIPTION Supporting Warehouse Associates with unloading and palletizing materials from container. Repetitive lifting and movements. Most items less than 50lbs, items over 50lbs will have extended equipment to help or 2-person lift required. Limited heat in the building and container at ambient temperatures (cool/cold). Limited cooling in the building and container at ambient temperatures (warm/hot). Will also support indoor material scrapping/recycling. Strip materials out of boxes, sort to scrap metal and to cardboard recycling. Some outdoor movements to dispose of/recycle materials in bins outside. Repetitive motions. General sweeping and cleaning of area during and after completion. General warehouse duties associated with cleaning, empty garbage, recycling, sweep, tidying.
