We are seeking a top-tier Administrative Coordinator / Receptionist who brings a polished, qualified presence and takes pride in delivering an exceptional front-office experience. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll be the first point of contact and a key part of keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly. We are looking for someone who sets the standard when it comes to professionalism, communication, and client service. Key Responsibilities Answer, screen and route incoming phone calls. Greet visitors in a qualified manner Communicate client requests and meeting changes to internal team members Manage calendars, meeting room bookings and office correspondence. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Perform data entry, filing and other administrative tasks as needed. Monitor and restock office and kitchen supplies Prepare and reset meeting rooms between appointments Requirements 4+ years of experience in a Receptionist, Front Desk, or Administrative role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong multitasking and organizational abilities Skilled, polished, and client-focused approach Proficiency in Microsoft Office What we offer Full time, permanent position Salary: $50,000 – $68,000 Health and dental benefits RSP plan Monday to Friday daytime hours 3 weeks vacation Excellent opportunity for future progression Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2oo7lz
