Location: Oshawa, ON – in‑office with international travel as required Schedule: Approx. 30 hours per week, Monday–Friday, flexible core hours (e.g., 9:00–4:00 or 10:00–5:00). Must be willing and able to travel internationally for extended periods. Compensation: $25 per hour to start, with performance‑based increases as responsibilities and value grow. Payment structure: The successful candidate will work as an independent contractor / subcontractor, providing an invoice for services rendered on a regular basis (e.g., bi‑weekly or monthly). About the Role: You’ll act as a key support partner for both business and personal needs, with roughly: 80% focus on business support (real‑estate / construction‑related admin, project coordination, travel, and technology). 20% focus on personal support (travel planning, appointments, errands, and lifestyle logistics). Experience with executive‑style support and comfort with frequent international travel are essential. Spanish and/or French language skills are a strong asset. Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate my calendar (meetings, deadlines, internal/external calls). Plan and execute domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, visas, and detailed itineraries (trips up to 2 weeks) Prepare and proofread emails, documents, presentations, and reports. Handle phone calls, screening, and basic correspondence. Support real‑estate / construction‑related tasks (tracking bids, documents, follow‑ups, etc.). Run local errands (printing, deliveries, small purchases, etc.). Maintain digital organization (Google Workspace / Microsoft 365, CRM, or project tools). Provide light personal support within agreed boundaries (appointments, family logistics, household‑related coordination). Requirements: Strong organizational, time‑management, and follow‑through skills. Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Comfortable with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Sheets) and/or Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Professional attitude, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information. Must be willing and able to travel internationally for extended periods. Local to Oshawa / Durham Region, able to work in‑office. Car and valid driver’s licence (highly preferred, due to local errands and travel). Spanish and/or French language skills (written and spoken). Experience supporting an executive, small business owner, or real‑estate / construction professional. Experience managing complex travel itineraries and logistics for senior professionals. Work Model: This role is structured as an independent contractor / subcontractor relationship. You will invoice for services rendered; no payroll, advantages, or employer‑deducted taxes apply.
