Drive business operations at Southbridge Care Homes as an Office Manager in Ontario. Oversee financial administration, payroll, and provide leadership while ensuring compliance and excellent service delivery. This is a full time, on-site role reporting to the Executive Director. The Office Manager is integral to managing financial processes, resident billing, and team support within the home. You'll collaborate with multiple departments to uphold high standards in both administrative operations and resident interactions.
