Job Title: ICF Builder / Construction Labourer Company: Nash Home Building Services Inc. Location: Ottawa and surrounding area Job Type: Full-time, Seasonal/Permanent (based on performance) Salary: $22.00 – $30.00 per hour (based on experience) About Us Nash Home Building Services Inc. is a growing residential construction company specializing in Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) homes. Position Overview We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking ICF Builder / Labourer to join our team. This role involves assisting with the construction of ICF foundations and walls, along with general construction labour duties on residential job sites. Key Responsibilities Assist in the installation of ICF blocks and bracing systems Support concrete pours, placement, and finishing Perform general labour tasks including site preparation and cleanup Load/unload materials and maintain organized workspaces Work collaboratively with crew members and supervisors Follow all site safety protocols and procedures Qualifications Previous construction or labour experience required (ICF experience is a strong asset) Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Reliable transportation to job sites in and around Ottawa Robust work ethic and willingness to learn Valid Working at Heights certification (asset, not required) What We Offer Competitive hourly wage ($24–$30 based on experience) Chance for growth within the company Hands-on training in ICF construction Supportive, team-focused work environment Consistent work with a reputable local builder How to Apply Please submit your resume along with a brief description of your experience in construction.
