Position: Pharmacist Job Description: The Pharmacist is responsible for the preparation, dispensing, and evaluation of medications to patients. The Pharmacist will work with the Clinical Operations team to ensure that the patient experience is exceptional. The Pharmacist will work with the Pharmacy Manager to ensure that all aspects of the pharmacy are operating as a skilled and efficient workplace. Core Duties & Responsibilities: ·Provide excellent patient care through proper use of medication according to EHR system. ·Provide consultation and evaluation services to patients regarding prescribed medications. ·Provide education and education on medications, side effects, interactions, and other topics related to patient care. ·Evaluate patient drug levels and reactions and provide timely treatment recommendations based on patient needs and risks. ·Maintain accurate records of all prescription orders. ·Maintain inventory of medications, supplies, equipment, etc. in order to ensure adequate supply for all clinical areas and staff. ·Maintain cleanliness of pharmacy and equipment in order to promote a secure workplace for other team members as well as for security purposes. ·Assist with daily operations when necessary including but not limited to checking in patients, stocking items, assisting customers with their prescriptions, etc. ·Other duties as assigned. Experience: ·Pharmacy experience is preferred but not required. ·Strong customer service skills required. ·Strong verbal communication skills required. ·Ability to work independently with little supervision required.
