Become GFL's Office Administrator tasked with ensuring efficient office flows and positive team interactions. Provide essential support to both our team and external customers in a bilingual capacity. This role focuses on managing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining vendor and client relationships. You will be a key resource for internal documentation and adapting to the needs of a agile office workplace while handling administrative responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Directly welcome and assist visitors to the office Handle incoming communications and direct them appropriately Sort, distribute, and prepare mail and packages Manage Purchase Order requisitions for the department Monitor and restock office supplies as needed Requirements: Bilingual proficiency in French and English Solid communication and relationship-building skills Adept in Google Workspace and eager to learn Capacity to manage time-sensitive projects Flexibility to adapt to evolving office needs Contribute your bilingual expertise and administrative efficiency to GFL's success.
