Network and Application Support Technician, Gatineau

Join our team as a Network and Application Support Technician, where you’ll play a crucial role in system programming and network management. This position emphasizes application testing and user support.

As a key member of our technical team, you will program, modify, and test applications to ensure they meet user needs and system compatibility. You'll manage installations and upgrades of computer networks, and serve as a resource for troubleshooting and repairing complex issues. Your responsibilities will also include drafting software instructions and training less experienced technicians to strengthen team knowledge.
