Reporting to the Operations Vice-President, the Project Director is responsible for controlling costs, meeting deadlines, monitoring subcontractors and negotiating with the client. The Project Director is fully responsible for the success of projects under their leadership by directing all project operations. Consequently, the Project Director will have to manage effectively and efficiently all aspects of projects (H&S;, quality, schedule, customer relations and costs) by strategic contribution from the configuration of projects during the submission phase until the delivery of the project and its final payment. As the Project Director, you will ensure strong cohesion and good communication with the managers assigned to the projects and you will maintain business relationships with customers, all in order to meet and respect project budgets.
