Full Time Guest Services Representative Carleton Place

Responsibilities: Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner Provide excellent customer service by answering guest inquiries Assist guests with reservations, check-outs, retail purchases and payment transactions Maintain accurate guest records and handle confidential information with discretion Answer phone calls email inquiries Provide information on services and products Assist with data entry tasks and maintain organized files and records Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role Solid communication skills, both verbal and written, in English Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle multiple phone lines Sales experience is desirable Summary As a Guest Services Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and support. Your core skills in communication and phone etiquette will be essential as you handle inquiries and assist with reservations using multi-line phone systems. With a focus on sales and customer satisfaction, you will leverage your premium skills in data entry and analysis to enhance the guest experience.
