Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lot Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dealership lot by managing vehicle inventory, providing exceptional guest services, and maintaining a welcoming environment for customers. This position requires a proactive individual who can effectively communicate and interact with guests while ensuring that all vehicles are clean and organized. Responsibilities Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the vehicle inventory, including washing, vacuuming, and detailing cars. Assist in parking vehicles in designated areas, ensuring proper placement for easy access. Monitor vehicle security and report any suspicious activity to management. Provide support to sales staff by preparing vehicles for test drives and assisting with customer inquiries. Collaborate with team members to enhance overall guest experience and dealership operations. Skills Previous dealership experience is an asset Basic mechnaical skills are an asset Strong guest services skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. Background in hospitality or customer service is highly valued. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work well in a team workplace.
