Working closely with senior Finance Business Partners and program stakeholders, you will play a key role in translating financial data into meaningful insights. Your Responsibilities - You’ll support budgeting and forecasting cycles across multiple program areas - In this role, you’ll deliver variance analysis and prepare regular financial reports - You’ll partner with stakeholders to explain financial results and provide actionable insights - You’ll manage a steady volume of requests, balancing competing priorities effectively - You’ll collaborate with senior Finance Business Partners to support ongoing financial planning activities Skills and Qualifications - 3–5 years of progressive financial analysis experience, ideally at the Senior Financial Analyst level - CPA designation completed or in progress - Solid Excel skills and a solid analytical foundation - Demonstrated ability to communicate financial information clearly to non‑financial stakeholders - Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes - Exposure to public sector, healthcare, or non‑profit environments is considered an asset EEO Statement All qualified applicants will receive fair consideration for employment.
