RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide excellent customer service to clients and customers. Conduct remote patrol, provide access control, and respond to emergency situations in an appropriate and timely manner. Perform safety and security duties with the highest standards of professionalism and integrity. Complete incident reports for security purposes.Respond to emergencies and, when appropriate, notify law enforcement agencies. Write reports, respond to emails, create access profiles, and perform all other tasks assigned by the Supervisor. Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS
Fluent in both English and French, strong verbal and written communication skills. Valid Ontario Security Guard license. Strong observational skills with the ability to detect and respond to security threats. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.Proficiency in using security equipment and technology. Ability to work in a high‑volume, quick‑paced environment involving constant intercom use, phone calls, and computer‑based reporting. Availability to work full‑time with rotating shifts of nights, evenings, weekends, and days. BENEFITS
