As a Principal Project Manager, Component Delivery, you will support the execution and delivery of complex manufacturing projects within the nuclear sector. This principal-level individual contributor role focuses on coordinating cross‑functional project activities, tracking execution progress, supporting planning and reporting processes, and escalating risks or issues to maintain performance. You will work across functional teams to support manufacturing execution and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen efficiency and project delivery outcomes. You will report to the Manager, Project Delivery and be located at our office in Peterborough, Ontario, Canada. Lead delivery of manufacturing projects to meet customer and contractual requirements Direct project teams to achieve cost, schedule, and quality goals Manage project performance, including budget control and timeline adherence Escalate and resolve project risks and issues to maintain delivery commitments Manage project planning and reporting activities, including schedules and resource allocation Minimum 5-10 years of experience in nuclear industry manufacturing, engineering, or construction, including 5+ years of experience leading project teams Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related technical discipline or equivalent Proficiency with project scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and ERP systems such as SAP Eng. in a relevant field is an advantage We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices.
