Office Administrator & Client Coordinator We are seeking a highly organized and professional Client Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing administrative tasks, and supporting team operations to ensure seamless service delivery. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and experience in office and clerical functions. The Client Coordinator will play a vital role in maintaining efficient workflows and fostering positive client interactions. Duties - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries via multi-line phone systems and email. - Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling incoming calls with proper phone etiquette. - Oversee administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records. - Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping, invoicing, and payroll processing to ensure accurate financial management. - Assist with human resources functions including onboarding, training & development, and vendor management. - Support team management activities by coordinating schedules, supervising staff when necessary, and facilitating communication across departments. - Handle budgeting tasks and assist in preparing reports to support business planning. - Manage office supplies and vendor relationships to ensure operational efficiency. - Provide training support to new staff members and contribute to ongoing development initiatives. Skills - Supervising experience with a proven ability to manage teams effectively. - Proficiency in QuickBooks, bookkeeping, payroll, and basic accounting principles. - Strong front desk presence with excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. - Experience with human resources functions including onboarding and training & development. - Office experience with clerical skills such as filing, data entry, and organizational management. - Ability to manage multi-line phone systems efficiently and professionally. - Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in administrative tasks. - Solid team management capabilities with the ability to foster a cooperative work environment. - Knowledge of vendor management processes and budgeting practices.
