Director of Membership & Engagement (Ottawa)

Oversee member engagement and communication strategies as the Director of Membership & Engagement, reporting to the Executive Director. Drive recruitment and support retention initiatives. This full time, temporary position requires collaboration with two Senior Project Coordinators and cross-functional teams to enhance member services. You will play a pivotal role in supporting members, facilitating community communications, and contributing to the success of CTS events and programs.
