Language of Work: Anglais | English, Français | French Requirements and Nature of Work: We are seeking a motivated and conscientious Research Assistant to support the development of a video module series on the use of generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) in legal education. This project will produce four training modules designed to help legal educators integrate GenAI into their teaching. The modules focus on text-to-image tools, AI-assisted student feedback, interactive practice exercises, and AI-generated teaching materials. The Research Assistant will draft scripts and supplementary materials based on detailed module outlines and will assist with editing, formatting, and quality control across the series. The Research Assistant will work in collaboration with project co-leads, Professor Steve Lorteau and Professor Doug Sarro. This project is funded by the Canadian Bar Association’s Law for the Future Fund. The position offers valuable hands-on experience in educational innovation, as well as opportunities to develop advanced communication, organization, and synthesis skills.
