Requirements: - Bilingual in English and French - Strong communication skills and a professional, approachable attitude - Comfort with in-vehicle technology and mobile apps - Detail-oriented with strong organizational habits - Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record - Previous automotive or customer service experience is an asset - High school graduate or equivalent - OMVIC certification (or willingness to obtain) is required.
