Please know that the full compensation listed for this position is dependent on a commission-based bonus structure. Responsibilities - Work directly with customers and technicians to ensure that there is ongoing communication and effective operations within the service department. - Work under timelines without compromising quality of work. - Handle all customer service related questions and concerns with a genuine intent to advise and help solve their problem. - Build robust rapport with customers and create a customer base through effective contact methods that make sense for the customer, including inbound and outbound telephone calls. - Considerate of the customer experience, willing to consistently commit to following through with prospecting calls and follow-up with customers within specific time frames. - Work with KPI’s to determine areas of high and low performance and interest in continuous personal and professional growth. Qualifications - High attention to detail/organization/time management and able to work with minimal supervision. - Knowledge of automotive servicing methods. - Desire and excitement to work in a team-based environment and work collaboratively towards common goals. - Deep passion and interest in human centered customer experiences. - Comfort working with all levels of staff and customers. - Highly effective communicator (written and verbal), interpersonal and negotiation skills in order to work with customers, colleagues and numerous outside suppliers and stakeholders. - Adapt quickly to changing priorities and conditions. - Growth mindset - open to continuous coaching, feedback and support in development. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications. (Excel, Word, Outlook) - 1-2 years of experience in a dealership environment is preferred but not required.
