Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, with experience in food preparation and safety practices. As a Cook, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality meals to our guests while maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen workplace. Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menus. Ensure all food handling and safety protocols are strictly followed to maintain high standards of hygiene. Assist in the planning and preparation of meals, ensuring that all ingredients are fresh and properly stored. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service and efficient kitchen operations. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils. Help train current kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety standards. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or food service workplace is preferred. Knowledge of food handling, safety regulations, and best practices in meal preparation. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with other kitchen staff.
