Residential Host, Owen Sound

We are seeking a professional and personable Hostess to join our team during the pre-opening phase of a new apartment building currently under development. This is a temporary position from July 1, 2026 to September 8, 2026. In this role, you will support leasing efforts, assist future residents, and help prepare the building for a successful opening.This is a unique opportunity to be involved from the ground up and help shape the resident experience before and after opening. Schedule: Monday, Thursday, and Friday: 12:00pm-7:00pm Saturday&Sunday: 12:00pm-5:00pm Key Responsibilities: Welcome prospective tenants Assist the leasing team with tours, inquiries, and appointment coordination Provide information about the building, amenities, and move in timelines Help manager interest lists, applications, and basic administrative tasksSupport marketing and leasing events leading up to the grand opening Coordinate with management, and leading teams to ensure smooth communication Assist with organizing model units and presentation spaces Prepare front desk operations, procedures, and systems before opening Requirements Customer service, hospitality, or administrative experience preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skills Highly adaptable and able to handle changing priorities Professional and friendly demeanor Basic computer and organizational skills Experience in leasing, real estate, or property management (preferred) Client facing experience #INDKM Benefits Pay Range: $25 per hourAccommodations Kingsley Management Inc. is committed to providing an accessible and supportive recruitment experience for persons with disabilities.
