Carpenters Helper (Paradise)

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated Carpenter Helper to assist experienced carpenters and construction teams in various building and renovation projects. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry, working on diverse projects that include residential, commercial, and restoration work. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, reliable, and physically capable of supporting carpentry operations using a variety of tools and techniques. This position will be working on Travel trailers, 5th wheel trailers Duties - Assist with reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to support project execution. - Support the installation of cabinetry, flooring, tile, siding, and roofing components. - Operate hand tools, power tools, CNC equipment, and other construction machinery safely and effectively. - Perform heavy lifting and material handling to support project timelines. - Assist with caulking, painting, electrical wiring, plumbing tasks, and other finishing work as needed. - Support reinstallation or restoration projects by preparing surfaces and assisting with repairs. - Maintain a clean and organized worksite to ensure safety and efficiency at all times. - Follow safety protocols diligently during all phases of construction activities. Experience - Prior experience in construction or handyman work and/or RV's is preferred but not required; training will be provided for specific tasks. - Familiarity with woodworking, cabinetry installation, flooring installation, tile laying, masonry, roofing, siding, or electrical experience is advantageous. - Experience with hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, or rebar installation is beneficial. - Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor throughout the workday. - Robust attention to detail and willingness to learn new skills in carpentry and construction trades.
