Treasury Manager (Paradise)

We are currently accepting applications for the role of Treasury Manager. This dynamic, highly organized individual will be based at our head office in St. John’s. Key Responsibilities: - Manage daily corporate liquidity and execute funds transfers, ensuring solid internal controls and treasury governance. - Coordinate short-term borrowing activity and communication with banks, including international cash management account structures and bank providers. - Prepare working capital management reporting and analysis to support decision-making. - Establish and maintain relationships with commercial bankers, ensuring timely reporting and communication. - Support debt reporting compliance requirements. - Support hedging program including FX, interest rate, and commodity market exposures, analysis, execution, reporting, and controls. - Maintain account continuity schedules, reconciliations and scheduled journal entries and reporting. - Prepare ad hoc financial analysis. Qualifications: - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting and finance operations. Specific treasury experience considered an asset. - Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; CPA or CFA is an asset. - Familiarity with financial legislation, monetary markets, financial instruments, credit facilities, business investment management, and financing strategies. - Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite and MS Dynamics, with strong Excel skills. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; able to prepare and present detailed financial data to senior management. - Detail-oriented with ability to manage both high-level and granular aspects of business finances. - Proven ability to thrive in dynamic environments and meet tight deadlines.
