What You'll Do... - Properly follows Refund Automation procedures according to Company guidelines. - Properly completes all defective slips. - Assists customers with information, refunds, exchanges and directions. - Maintains sales tax exempt records. - Ensuring all damaged merchandise is sent to Claims for processing. - Ensures returned merchandise is verified against refund slips prior to being returned to the sales floor. - Ensures all items are scanned correctly before being returned to the sales floor.
