Overview We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in various construction projects, assisting skilled tradespeople and ensuring that work sites are safe and effective. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of construction sites by cleaning and clearing debris. Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed. Support skilled tradespeople in various tasks including framing, roofing, and concrete work. Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment at all times. Operate hand tools and power tools under supervision. Perform physical tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Skills Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods. Basic knowledge of construction methods and safety practices is preferred. Ability to follow directions accurately and work as part of a team. Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members. Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to construction work. Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is a plus but not required.
