Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support through various communication channels. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be multilingual (English and Spanish preferred), and have a passion for helping others. Duties - Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and courtesy - Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution - Perform accurate data entry to update customer accounts and records - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to enhance customer experience - Analyze customer feedback and interactions to identify trends and suggest improvements - Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery - Support multilingual customers by providing assistance in both English and Spanish as needed Skills - Solid communication skills, including clear speaking and active listening - Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail - Ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions - Experience in sales, upselling, or cross-selling is a plus - Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable - Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Strong teamwork ethic with a focus on customer satisfaction This role is essential for maintaining positive customer relationships and ensuring our clients receive outstanding service.
