The Volunteer Coordinator Position at Peterborough Musicfest is now open for Summer 2026. This role is at the centre of the festival and leads the volunteers who help bring each concert to life. About the Position

As part of the Volunteer Coordinator Position at Peterborough Musicfest, you connect our team, volunteers, and the community. Responsibilities

Lead the Volunteer Program: recruit, train, schedule, and support a team of 50+ volunteers. Support Volunteer Communication: share updates, answer questions, and keep volunteers engaged. Manage Planning and Logistics: organize orientation, coordinate schedules. Support Concert Nights: be onsite and help deliver a great guest experience.Work Across Teams: collaborate with events, marketing, and operations staff. Qualifications
