Recreation Supervisor for After School Programs (Deep River)

Manage after school recreation programs for youth aged 5-14. Supervise both staff and participants, ensuring effective program delivery across various schools.

This role as a Recreation Supervisor requires leading programming at schools including Westmount Public School and Edmison Heights Public School. A passion for working with children aged 5-12 and experience managing teams are essential. You should also be willing to complete essential certifications and background checks as part of the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities: • Supervise recreation staff and program participants • Coordinate and develop engaging activities for children • Ensure participant safety during programs • Oversee daily program execution and staff interactions • Cultivate an inclusive and supportive workplace

Requirements: • Certification in Standard First Aid Level & CPR C • HIGH FIVE Principles of Healthy Child Development certification preferred • Criminal Reference Check and Vulnerable Sector Screening required • G Class drivers license is an asset • Availability required Monday-Friday after school hours
