RESPONSIBILITIES - Provide excellent customer service to clients and customers. - Conduct remote patrol, provide access control, and respond to emergency situations in an appropriate and timely manner. - Perform safety and security duties with the highest standards of professionalism and integrity. - Complete incident reports for security purposes. - Respond to emergencies and, when appropriate, notify law enforcement agencies. - Write reports, respond to emails, create access profiles, and perform all other tasks assigned by the Supervisor. - Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS - Fluent in both English and French, strong verbal and written communication skills. - Valid Ontario Security Guard license. - Robust observational skills with the ability to detect and respond to security threats. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure. - Proficiency in using security equipment and technology. - Ability to work in a high‑volume, quick‑paced environment involving constant intercom use, phone calls, and computer‑based reporting. - Availability to work full‑time with rotating shifts of nights, evenings, weekends, and days.
