Job Summary E-kruise is looking for 2 (1 full-time, 1 part-time) reliable customer service focused team members for the 2026 summer season. The ideal candidates are customer service focused, enjoys working with people, solving problems and keeping operations running smoothly in a fast-paced tourism enviroment. Responsibilities - Manage day-to-day rental operations - Deliver robust customer service experience - Manage guest interactions, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally - Oversee guest services including reservations, check-in/check-out procedures, and onboard amenities - Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and balancing registers - Ensure compliance with safety protocols, bike safety checks ect. - Maintain a clean, organized environment to promote safety and guest satisfaction - Help monitor the bike fleet condition and basic maintenance needs Experience - Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles preferred - Strong background in guest services, with excellent communication skills - Experience in cash handling and point-of-sale systems is desirable - Leadership experience or supervisory skills are advantageous - Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment - Passion for providing outstanding customer service and creating memorable experiences Requiements - responsible and dependable - Strong communication and customer service skills - Comfortable working independently - Organized and detail oriented - Bike mechanic/ tech knowledge or experience is an asset Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour Benefits - Casual dress Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2o2xrh
