Fit Floors – Office Administrator Castlegar, BC $20–$25/hour (depending on experience) Fit Floors is looking for a dependable and organized Office Administrator to join our growing team. We are a busy flooring showroom that works closely with homeowners, contractors, installers, and suppliers throughout the West Kootenays. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, solving problems, and helping a business run smoothly day-to-day. We’re looking for someone who is confident working independently, communicates professionally, and takes pride in accuracy and follow-through. What You’ll Be Doing: - Managing invoices, bills, and data entry using QuickBooks - Assisting with accounts payable and general office administration - Answering phones and helping customers in the showroom - Coordinating with installers, suppliers, and team members - Organizing files, paperwork, and job information - Supporting scheduling, order tracking, and daily office operations What We’re Looking For: - Administrative or office experience - QuickBooks experience preferred - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Skilled communication and customer service skills - Someone reliable, proactive, and comfortable working independently Position Details: - Part-time or full-time opportunity - Weekday shifts with Saturdays - In-person position based in Castlegar - Training provided for the right candidate - Wage based on experience and skill level We are looking for someone who wants to become a long-term part of the team and take ownership of their role within the office.
