Primary Responsibilities: - Guide customers through financing and leasing options tailored to their needs and credit profiles - Work with banks and lenders to secure the best rates and approvals - Prepare and review all financial documents with clients to ensure accuracy and transparency - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current manufacturer incentives, programs, and interest rates - Ensure compliance with federal and provincial financial regulations and dealership policies - Support the sales team in closing deals with professional, solution-oriented financing options - Maintain and follow up with a database of clients for repeat business and referrals - Use CRM tools (e.g., Activix, PBS) to manage appointments and follow-ups - Upsell protection packages, extended warranties, and other value-added services What We’re Looking For: - Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong time-management skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and friendly manner - Comfortable handling confidential documents and sensitive customer information - Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills - Class 5 Driver's License (required) - Experience using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and financial software - Ability to work evenings and weekends as required Bonus Points For: - Previous experience in automotive finance or insurance - Familiarity with F&I; software like Dealertrack and PBS - Experience with credit applications and loan approvals - VSA License (or ability to obtain one) - Knowledge of provincial and federal financial regulations - Multilingual abilities Compensation & Benefits: Pay: $60,000–$100,000 per year (includes commission and bonuses) Additional Pay: Bonus pay, commission pay Benefits: - Automobile allowance - Company events - Dental care - Extended health care - Life insurance - On-site parking - RRSP match - Store discount - Vision care Work Schedule: - Full-time, 8-hour shifts - In-person role (no remote work) Qualifications: - Finance, banking, or sales experience: 1 year (preferred) - BC Driver’s License (required) - VSA License (preferred or must be willing to obtain) About Us: Parkers Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Fiat is a family-owned dealership serving the Okanagan and beyond for over 70 years.
