Become a key player in managing large-scale infrastructure at our agile firm as a Civil Engineer. This role requires independent practice expertise and commitment to project success within hydro, industrial, and electrical sectors. In this licensed Civil Engineer position, you will oversee a high-volume portfolio of capital and maintenance projects. You bring solid organizational skills and decision-making capabilities while managing over 20 projects. Your technical civil/structural knowledge combined with project management expertise will be essential in delivering quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate with consultants on project deliverables • Provide technical civil/structural input and support design • Conduct field investigations and validate site conditions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project needs • Lead design review meetings to drive improvement Requirements: • P.Eng license in British Columbia • 3–5 years of experience in civil engineering • Background in heavy civil or utility sectors • Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously • Self-starter with ownership in decision-making Leverage your engineering expertise and organizational talents to support impactful infrastructure projects.
