Sussex Insurance (inside Walmart) located at 275 Green Ave W in Penticton is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Branch Manager . The successful candidate will bring a strong background in management and Auto Insurance with proven leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Management Responsibilities Exercise the authority of a manager including staffing, scheduling, performance management, training, one-on-one coaching, employee recognition, and development Ensure performance appraisals are completed and administered in a timely manner Take appropriate action when employee performance does not meet expectations Keep staff informed of branch manager updates and industry regulatory changes Provide ongoing coaching focused on identifying customer needs and strengthening customer relationships Customer Service Set and manage expectations for exceptional customer service Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally Communicate Sussexs policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in a positive and transparent manner Focus on customer retention and long-term relationship building Operations Direct, control, and/or delegate daily branch operations Oversee security procedures, audit controls, and end-of-day reporting Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures Salary: $60,000$80,000 annually Competitive wage and benefits package included How to Apply Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2oi9jw
