Position Auto Insurance Trainee: You’ll actively sell insurance solutions, hit performance targets, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This results‑focused role is ideal for someone with a competitive edge and a passion for personal growth.

High school diploma or equivalent

Level 1 Insurance License is an asset—but not required

Day in the Life

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, teammates, and auto dealership partners

Actively promote and sell ICBC and private insurance products to meet and exceed sales targets

Process a variety of auto insurance transactions, including renewals, new plates, transfers, cancellations, and debt payments

Upsell and cross‑sell additional insurance products to add value for clients and drive performance metrics

Support your branch by taking phone calls, managing administrative tasks, and restocking inventory

Salary&Benefits The expected salary range is $40,000 to $45,000. HUB offers comprehensive benefits including extended health benefits, disability insurance, RRSP matching, paid time off, and possible bonuses and commissions.
