Crew Transport Driver, Princeton

Dawson Civil is looking to hire Crew Transport Drivers to assist with our shuttling needs.

In this role you will be a valued member of

Dawson Civil , working in a temporary, full-time position of

Crew Transport Driver , reporting to the

Superintendent . The crew will be on varying day and night shifts on a rotational schedule of 14/7. Your base location will be

Princeton, BC

and will require some travel throughout our great province.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

Must be dependable and reliable

Prioritize safety at all times by driving defensively and staying alert to road, weather, and traffic conditions

Maintain a professional and respectful environment for all passengers

Be dependable, punctual, and flexible to accommodate shift changes or delays

Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and promptly report any issues to the supervisors

Accurately complete daily driver logs, trip records, and fueling reports

Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding schedule changes, delays, or incidents

WHAT YOU BRING

Valid Class 1, 2 or 4 driver’s license

Clean driving record and strong commitment to safe driving practices

Experience driving passengers (shuttle, bus, or van) is an asset

Knowledge of road safety regulations and ability to operate in varying weather and road conditions

First Aid certification is an asset

Strong reliability, time management, and organizational skills

Clear verbal communication skills and basic written reporting ability

Ability to work flexible hours
