What You’ll Bring to Our Team - A self-starter mentality with a strong drive to exceed performance and sales goals - Confident, outgoing personality and a customer-first approach - Detail-oriented and organized—someone who can multitask under pressure - Reliable and accountable—you're someone your team can count on - Thrives in a collaborative, high-energy environment - High school diploma or equivalent - Level 1 Insurance License is an asset—but not required A Day in the Life - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, teammates, and auto dealership partners - Actively promote and sell ICBC and private insurance products to meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets - Process a variety of auto insurance transactions, including renewals, new plates, transfers, cancellations, debt payments, and more - Upsell and cross-sell additional insurance products to add value for clients and drive performance metrics - Support your branch by taking phone calls, managing administrative tasks, and restocking inventory Salary Expectations The expected salary range for this position is $40,000 to $45,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level.
