Receptionist, Penticton

Dermapure is a leading name in non‑invasive medical aesthetics, offering high‑end, innovative, and non‑surgical treatments across 68 clinics in Canada. We are looking for a Receptionist to provide excellent customer service and ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

Greet customers upon arrival and deliver outstanding customer service.

Create and update customer files.

Answer phone calls and respond to customer e‑mails with understanding of aesthetic procedures.

Book appointments and manage the appointment calendar.

Prepare files for next‑day appointments.

Implement the clinic’s opening and closing procedures.

Manage correspondence and postal mail.

Collaborate with the consultant to establish the day’s treatments.

Manage the clinic’s email inbox.

Maintain the reception, boutique, and waiting areas, ensuring they are stocked.

Order office supplies and beverages.

Close cash batches, balance daily reports, and transfer receivables to accounting.

Ensure cash availability in the register and notify the supervising staff.

Prepare customer invoices and verify them daily.

Qualifications

High school diploma required; office administration training is an asset.

At least two (2) years of experience in a similar role.

Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
