Sub contract Cleaner (Penticton)

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. This role involves maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for our client.The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to manage time effectively. Prior experience in commercial cleaning, is needed.Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French is a valuable asset. This position offers an opportunity to develop your skills in cleaning, customer service, and organisational management.Need to be bondable and pass security screening . Duties - Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization - Maintain cleanliness of kitchens by cleaning , counters, and sinks; floors. - Ensure all areas are organized and well-maintained according to client specifications - Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled periods - Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously - Communicate effectively to ensure expectations are met or exceeded - Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment at all times Qualifications - Proven experience in cleaning in general cleaning, or hospitality preferred - Solid organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines consistently - Good communication skills in English; French language skills are advantageous - Ability to perform light cooking and laundry duties as part of the cleaning responsibilities - Demonstrated reliability and attention to detail in previous roles - Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour Benefits: - Casual dress - Flexible schedule - On-site parking Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2ouhlz
