Administrative Assistant Osoyoos

We are looking for an experienced person or a person prepared to develop, to fill the above full-time position as we expand our exceptional team. This additional position handles multiple admin systems and tasks, does administration support for the firm’s advisors and specializes in client contact and service. Excellent communication skills, in person and by phone and email, attention to detail, high level of competency with systems management, basic computer skills and programs, multi-tasking and prioritization are all essential. Candidate must be able to quickly adapt to our proprietary technology. Ideal candidate has Mutual Funds license / experience or prepared to obtain such. Experience in financial services administration or client customer communication experience is valuable. Chance for growth and development provided.
